Job Description

While the primary focus of the internship would be to support the Procurement - BRM (Business Relationship Management) organization in preparing for the upcoming S2P Orchestration rollout, it will also provide additional capacity for our ongoing day-to-day BRM activities during a particularly busy period. With the rollout preparations accelerating over the coming months, the team is balancing change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, training readiness, and operational support activities. An intern would help us increase our capacity and ensure we can continue to effectively support our stakeholders while progressing key transformation initiatives.

Potential areas of support include:

  • Preparation of communication and change management materials for Orchestration
  • Stakeholder mapping, engagement, and follow-up activities
  • Training and readiness coordination
  • Documentation, reporting, and content management
  • Support for ongoing BRM operational activities
