WARREN in Belgium is expanding its operations team to manage member claims across illness, injury, and death scenarios. You’ll be trained and coached initially, then take over daily claims handling with guidance from medical advisers, Finance, and Engineering.
We value structured, empathetic communication, attention to detail, and curiosity about automation and AI to improve our processes and customer experience. Fluent Dutch and English are required, French a plus.
