Havinet vzw-site Zonnestraal in Lennik, Belgium, seeks a compassionate residential care worker to support elderly residents with serious to profound intellectual disabilities, including potential physical and mental health needs. You will provide daily care (ADL) as you would at home, adapted to each resident's needs, from breakfast to evening routines, within shifts of 7u36 per day.
You work a variable schedule 07:00–21:00, which is monthly fixed.
