R&D Partners is seeking a skilled PI Engineer to support the Automation Manufacturing Systems department at a leading pharmaceutical company in Belgium. This site-specific role focuses on enabling advanced data contextualization and monitoring for Plant 2 manufacturing processes.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Configure PI AF (Asset Framework) for data contextualization of Plant 2 manufacturing processes.
- Develop and enable Run2Run monitoring via PI Vision displays front-end.
- Validate PI AF configurations according to GxP requirements and documented change management procedures.
- Implement validated configurations in the PI production environment.
- Update and maintain PI AF change management procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with the Plant 2 manufacturing team and align work with the PI team and system owner.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of OSI PI, specifically PI AF and PI Vision.
- Experience working in GxP production environments.
- Solid understanding of IT-OT systems and data flows.
- Ability to work independently to provide PI AF configurations tailored to Plant 2 requirements.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Optional: Knowledge of Lean principles and agile processes (e.g., Jira-Confluence).
