* Defining and planning projects in line with the business strategy.
* Leading multidisciplinary teams (internal & external).
* Drawing up project implementation plans and communication plans.
* Monitoring costs, planning, cash flow, and risks.
* Ensuring compliance with regulations (including FDA) and internal standards.
* Actively contributing to a strong safety culture on the construction site.
* Completing projects, including handover, documentation, and evaluation.
Profiel
* Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience.
* At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in capital projects.
* Knowledge of utilities, HVAC, and E&I.
* Experience in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical is a plus).
* Strong communication skills and talent for collaboration.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
* Willingness to travel occasionally (max. 10%).
