CNC Operator Assistant

As an assistant CNC operator, you will support our production department in manufacturing high-quality custom staircases. You will assist in the precise preparation, operation, and finishing of parts, with an eye for quality and detail.

• Preparing and positioning wooden parts on the machine
• Inspecting materials and finished parts
• Assist with milling, drilling, and sawing operations
• Setting up and modifying machines under supervision
• Help keep the workplace clean and safe
• Assist in the production of stair components, balustrades, and custom‑made pieces
• Identifying errors or deviations during the production process

What we expect from you

• You are interested in woodworking and engineering
• Experience with CNC machines is a plus, but not required
• You are eager to learn and motivated to master the trade
• You work with precision and have an eye for quality
• You can work both independently and as part of a team
