Jobat is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer for a site in Zwijndrect to drive technical improvements and optimize maintenance processes. You will analyze performance, lead improvement projects, and support technicians while coordinating projects end-to-end.
The role requires a technical degree, 5+ years of maintenance experience, SAP and MS Office skills, and Dutch/English communication. A strong focus on safety and continuous improvement is essential.
