CBRE is seeking a skilled Building Engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and building systems across a seven-building campus. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to service requests, and support a variety of trades to ensure safe and efficient operations.
The role features a 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM schedule with a rotating 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM shift roughly every eight weeks, on-site parking and dining options.
