Key responsibilities:

• You identify and analyze business needs, challenges and opportunities, translating them into clear requirements and assessing their impact on processes, teams, customer experience, systems and tools.
• You work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape solution options, document requirements and support decision-making at both strategic and operational level.
• You define acceptance criteria and help validate whether delivered solutions meet the agreed business objectives, including coordination of testing activities where relevant.
• You act as a trusted link between different stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment, knowledge sharing and consistent documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile:

• You bring relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation or a comparable role, supported by a strong analytical mindset.
• You understand how business processes, technology and organizational change interact, and you are able to connect different perspectives into one coherent view.
• You have experience working in cross-functional environments and are comfortable facilitating collaboration between business, technical and operational teams.
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences and can translate complexity into practical, understandable language.
• You are skilled at gathering, structuring and prioritizing requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables.
• You combine attention to detail with the ability to keep the broader objectives and dependencies in view.
• You build constructive relationships with stakeholders and know how to create alignment across different interests and priorities.
• You are curious, adaptable and eager to understand new business contexts, sectors and ways of working.
• You communicate fluently in English and are comfortable working in multilingual or international environments.
