We are looking for an Incoming Goods Supervisor to join our logistics department. Together with two colleagues, you will ensure the smooth, accurate and efficient handling of all incoming goods. You will combine hands‑on operational work with organising and coordinating the department’s daily activities.
You will maintain an overview, set priorities and ensure that goods are received, checked and stored in accordance with applicable quality and safety guidelines. Drawing on your experience, you will support and guide your colleagues and actively contribute to effective teamwork.
- Coordinate daily operations within the Incoming Goods department.
- Lead, support and guide a small team.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming goods, returns and items for repair.
- Store goods correctly according to the FIFO principle.
- Follow up on discrepancies and raise supplier complaints when necessary.
- Coordinate material flows and transport to and from external partners and suppliers.
- Manage day-to-day waste handling on site.
- Contribute to improvement projects and the optimisation of logistics processes.
Your profile
- You work in a structured and accurate manner and maintain a clear overview.
- You take responsibility and know how to prioritise.
- You have experience in a logistics environment and are familiar with warehouse processes.
- You have leadership experience or the ambition to take on a coordinating role within a small team.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a good working knowledge of English.
- You are familiar with standard Microsoft Office applications.
- You hold a valid forklift operator certificate.
- You take a solution‑oriented approach and show initiative in improving processes.
- Knowledge of Navision is an advantage.
