Handyman - Full time

As a Maintenance Worker in Antwerp, you ensure daily preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and technical follow-up on the buildings and infrastructure of a hospital:You inspect the building installations and electrical installations preventively.
You independently carry out first interventions and minor repairs on buildings and infrastructure.
You take on small jobs, such as cleaning air handling units and ventilation systems, minor electrical works, and small sanitary projects.
You apply legionella control measures, such as vacancy management, daily flushing, disinfection of sanitary facilities, and temperature measurements.
You work in accordance with the applicable safety regulations and procedures.
You have on-site contact with the customer, report to your supervisor, and draw up reports of your interventions.
