The Position
As an IT Talent Sourcer, you will work within the HR team to build a strong candidate pool. You will be responsible for sourcing IT professionals and conducting initial CV analysis and interviews.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop a strong and qualitative candidate pool.
- Actively search for potential IT professionals through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial qualitative CV analysis and pre-selection phone interviews.
- Present candidates to recruiters for further interviews and follow-up.
- Regularly exchange with the team on results and next steps.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and evolutions.
- Participate in recruitment activities like job fairs and recruitment days.
- Maintain and develop your IT talent network.
