Responsibilities:

• You welcome Members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome
• You deal with telephone enquiries
• You take bookings promptly and efficiently
• You deal with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
• You collect all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in accordance with information and correspondence received and dispense change
• You interact and co-operate fully with all Club Departments

Requirements:

• First experience in a Customer Service environment
• Fluent in French and English - another European language is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, shifts are between 06.30-23.00 and we are open during the weekend
• Stress resistant
• Highly organized and at ease with reservation software
• High team spirit
• High energy level
