Job Summary

Join our 18‑month Young Graduate Program, where you will complete three rotations across key technical domains, with a strong focus on Design Engineering.

This programme offers you the chance to:

Job Responsibilities

During your rotations you will:

  • Support design and development of manufacturing equipment and processes in collaboration with experienced engineers.
  • Contribute to manufacturing process improvements, factory innovation and lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects involving manufacturing, product, quality and regulatory teams.
  • Analyse technical challenges and propose practical, data‑driven solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and quality standards in all activities.
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables and actively contribute to team objectives.

Your exact responsibilities will evolve across rotations to ensure a broad and meaningful learning experience.

Profile Description

We are looking for curious, driven individuals who want to make an impact. The candidate must be based and legally entitled to work in Belgium before the start of the program, October 1st 2026.

We are looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
  • Recently graduated or maximum 1 year of work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
