Ariad is seeking an Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead on behalf of a leading global professional services organisation. You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure managed services across data centre, cloud, network and digital workplace, interfacing with client CxOs.
You will lead a team of infrastructure professionals, drive service transformation and automation, ensure ITIL best practices, manage budgets and vendor governance, and promote AI-first delivery with AIOps
