At Amaris Consulting, we are looking for a

  • Define and implement the automation strategy aligned with the site's industrial objectives.
  • Design, develop, and validate robotic and automated solutions using the latest Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Integrate and configure sensors, machine vision systems, traceability, measurement, and safety equipment to optimize automated processes.
  • Develop and optimize robotic programs and control algorithms to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Lead the industrialization of automation solutions, including technical specifications, manufacturing follow-up, on-site integration, user training, and change management.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, industrial IT, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and budget monitoring.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and propose innovative automation solutions to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Master's degree in Robotics, Automation Engineering, Industrial Computing, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in robotics, automation, or industrial engineering.
  • Proven experience developing, integrating, and deploying robotic and automated solutions in an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of robotic programming and integration.
  • Experience with KUKA, FANUC, ArcTool, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of robotic programming languages and tools such as ROS, Python, or C/C++.
  • Experience with industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA) and industrial communication networks.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Innovative mindset with a strong interest in Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Native-level French is required.

At Amaris Consulting, we are looking for a Lead Robotics & Automation Engineer to join one of our clients in the industrial sector. In this role, you will lead automation and robotics initiatives to support Industry 4.0 transformation projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and industrialize innovative robotic solutions, driving operational excellence through cutting‑edge technologies.
