Aikido is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our SMB sales team across EMEA. You will coach a team of Account Executives, drive pipeline and revenue growth, and sharpen outbound and inbound processes while raising the bar for execution.
As a hands-on leader, you will also mentor reps on strategic deals, build a high-performance culture, and partner with marketing on SMB GTM initiatives. This role is based in Ghent or London and requires a self-starting, fast-growing startup
