Your responsibilities as Legal Assistant?
- You will combine high-quality administrative and legal support with day-to-day office coordination, helping our lawyers, colleagues throughout the Group, clients, and external partners work smoothly and efficiently.
- You will manage day-to-day office needs and help maintain a professional welcoming office environment.
- You will handle general enquiries and incoming calls.
- You will coordinate with external suppliers and assist with travel arrangements where needed.
- You will provide practical and administrative support to lawyers so they are well prepared for upcoming commitments.
- You will schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, meeting rooms, and related logistics.
- You will act as a liaison between the legal team, colleagues across Gevers Group, clients, suppliers, and external contacts.
- You will handle sensitive information and legal documentation with confidentiality and care.

What makes you fit the profile of Legal Assistant at Gevers?
- You have a professional Bachelor in Law or a degree in an Administrative Orientation or Office management.
- Working experience of 1–3 years in a legal environment is considered a plus.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch, both orally and in writing, are fluent in English and French.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Programs.
- You are detail-oriented, accurate, proactive and well organized.
- You have a client-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- You’re eager to learn and explore the world of IP.
