- Process supplier invoices and ensure that accounting data is entered accurately.
- Processing bank transactions.
- Managing supplier master data
- Check invoice details against available documentation to maintain reliable records.
- Help maintain up-to-date supplier account information for daily finance activities.
- Follow up on missing invoice details and resolve basic processing queries.
- Reconcile invoice information with accounting records to identify differences.
- Support the preparation of regular finance reports with accurate data.
- Contribute to efficient administrative processes within the Accounting & Finance department.
