Catalay in Mechelen, Belgium is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer or Architect to function as Project Manager on complex building projects around a 35 million euro investment. The role targets professionals who have progressed beyond pure design and can own projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, contracts, planning, and client communication.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, EHS, with strong emphasis on scope, budget, schedule and risk
