Everest Technologies, Inc. seeks a MAWM Operational Superuser to provide second-line operational support for MAWM (WMS) within a live warehouse setting. You will resolve issues, ensure SOP adherence, and act as the bridge between warehouse users and IT teams.
This BAU role does not own project delivery but supports code drops, training, go-live support, and stabilization of new functionality within BAU processes.
