STAR in Antwerp, Belgium, seeks an International Recruiter to identify top candidates for our clients' sustainable projects across multiple European countries. You will screen CVs, head-hunt, interview, and accompany candidates through the selection process, strengthening relationships throughout projects.
We value a Bachelor degree, 2+ years in recruitment, fluency in English, and familiarity with Romanian and/or Polish labour markets.
