Within the Business Technology team, our Cloud professionals help organizations leverage cloud technologies to modernize IT landscapes, increase agility, improve resilience, and unlock new business value.

YOUR ROLE

As a (Senior) Manager, you will be part of a diverse team supporting clients across a wide range of industries.

Leading cloud strategy and transformation initiatives

  • Work with clients to assess their current IT and cloud maturity, define cloud adoption and migration strategies, and design pragmatic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on cloud platform selection, architecture design (incl. serverless, containers, and microservices), and best practices for deployment.
  • Build and articulate business cases to evaluate opportunities related to hybrid IT, multi‑cloud adoption, or fully data‑centerless operating models.
  • Advise clients on cloud security, compliance, governance, performance, and cost management.
  • Contribute to innovative use cases leveraging topics such as (Gen)AI, sustainable cloud usage, and Cloud Sovereignty.

Business Development

  • Support growth of the cloud capability within Enterprise Transformation through thought leadership and client development.
  • Identify cloud‑related opportunities within existing and new engagements.
  • Collaborate on proposals showcasing Capgemini Invent's cloud expertise.
  • Build strong relationships with client decision‑makers to understand challenges and propose solutions.

Network and Knowledge Management

  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and technology partners.
  • Participate in industry events and contribute to cloud thought leadership.
  • Share expertise and best practices through internal knowledge bases and content creation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in consultancy.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cloud consulting, with hands‑on involvement in cloud strategy, adoption, migration, or architecture initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
  • Experience with cloud migration approaches, such as lift‑and‑shift and cloud native development.
  • Expertise in cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.
  • Relevant cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent.
  • A strong interest in innovative Cloud technologies (e.g., serverless computing, containerization, sovereign cloud usage).
  • Strong project management skills in line with industry standards (recognized certifications like PRINCE2, PMP are a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and sharp client‑facing communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch.
