Are you an engineer looking to kick-start your career in project management within the energy sector? Join a team working on large-scale electrical infrastructure projects involving high-voltage cable systems (380kV, 220kV, 150kV, 70kV and 36kV) and play a key role in delivering critical energy projects from concept to completion.
As a Junior Electrical Project Leader, you will support and gradually lead electrical infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to projects from initial definition through to final completion and administrative close-out.
- Assisting with technical studies, engineering evaluations, and project design activities.
- Performing calculations and helping manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
- Preparing tender documentation and supporting procurement activities.
- Supporting and overseeing site activities to ensure safe and successful project delivery.
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Taking on increasing responsibility and autonomy as your experience grows
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience after graduation is required.
- Strong interest in the energy and infrastructure sector.
- Effective communication skills with a confident and customer-focused approach.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Perfect command of Dutch.
- Knowledge of French is a strong asset
- Location: Brussels
- Minimum 2 days onsite per week
