Associate Researcher | Strombeek-Bever

Are you precise, curious, and hands-on? At Procter & Gamble (P&G) Strombeek - Bever, we are looking for an Associate Researcher to play a key role in carrying out applied research within our innovative R&D organization. This is a temporary position with a maximum duration of one year.

What you'll do

As an Associate Researcher, you will perform daily experimental work in a laboratory, pilot plant, or production environment. You will support the development of new products and processes by running tests, collecting data, and analyzing results. Working closely with a technical coach or manager, you will help deliver reliable and reproducible research outcomes that drive our projects forward.

Your responsibilities:

• Learn and work within P&G systems, safety procedures, and R&D practices.
• Execute standardized test methods and experiments.
• Document and summarize experimental data for review and interpretation.
• Report results and observations, highlighting any unexpected findings
• Work in accordance with quality assurance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and make effective use of available tools and resources.
• Develop computer skills relevant to data recording, analysis, and reporting.
