Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize production planning processes.
- Develop and implement new planning-related processes.
- Establish, maintain, and improve volume and inventory reporting.
- Independently lead projects from analysis through implementation.
- Collaborate with both local teams in Puurs and international stakeholders.
- Gather, structure, and translate information into practical and sustainable solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience
I’m hiring a Process Engineer who combines production planning expertise with process improvement, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The focus of this role is not on day-to-day scheduling, but on analyzing, designing, implementing, and continuously improving global planning and reporting processes.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Background in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Operations.
- Strong understanding of how production planning, data, and business processes interact.
- Experience with process improvement, project management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus, but is not required.
- Candidates from food manufacturing, logistics, or other production environments are also encouraged to apply.
