Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize production planning processes.
  • Develop and implement new planning-related processes.
  • Establish, maintain, and improve volume and inventory reporting.
  • Independently lead projects from analysis through implementation.
  • Collaborate with both local teams in Puurs and international stakeholders.
  • Gather, structure, and translate information into practical and sustainable solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience

I’m hiring a Process Engineer who combines production planning expertise with process improvement, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The focus of this role is not on day-to-day scheduling, but on analyzing, designing, implementing, and continuously improving global planning and reporting processes.

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Background in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Operations.
  • Strong understanding of how production planning, data, and business processes interact.
  • Experience with process improvement, project management, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus, but is not required.
  • Candidates from food manufacturing, logistics, or other production environments are also encouraged to apply.

  • Initial onboarding and training period fully onsite.
  • Extensive collaboration with international teams, primarily across Europe.
  • Regular interaction with U.S.-based stakeholders, mainly through remote meetings.
