A major media company is looking for a System Engineer in Collaboration Tools to ensure seamless collaboration and communication across their multinational organization. You'll manage and optimize collaboration platforms, support over 7,000 employees, and drive effective migration and integration of new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Workspace including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Meet
- Plan and execute integration projects for recently acquired companies
- Analyze business needs and collaborate to find suitable collaboration solutions
- Provide third-line expert support to the service desk
- Drive adoption and best practices for collaboration tools across the organization
Requirements
- Several years of experience in operational management of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like Slack, Miro, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of APIs and integration patterns
- Driven problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility
- Passionate about IT with a commitment to delivering quality
