As an Inventory Planner Natural Foods, you play a key role in ensuring the right levels of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products are available at the right time. By working closely with production, suppliers, and sales, you help achieve an optimal balance between availability and costs. With your proactive approach, you contribute to a smooth supply chain and sustainable results.

  • Managing and creating purchase orders for finished products, raw materials and packaging materials across production plants, co‑manufacturers, and suppliers based on aligned planning with the demand planning teams.
  • Monitoring and analysing inventory levels of finished products, raw materials and packaging materials to ensure optimal availability and service levels.
  • Proactively identifying and communicating supply, capacity and expiry risks while contributing to the implementation of robust inventory management processes and planning best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with internal production, external suppliers and supply chain teams to align production schedules and material requirements, and to identify and mitigate potential supply risks in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring production, replenishment and transportation flows and ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date planning data in SAP.
  • Continuously improving and further automating the replenishment and material planning processes, including optimisation of planning parameters for finished products, raw materials and packaging materials.

Profile

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

  • You’re interested in or working in supply chain planning within an FMCG or retail environment, or you’re a recent graduate with a relevant Bachelor’s degree looking to start your career in this field.
  • Experience in a logistics or transport-oriented customer service setting and knowledge of SAP are considered a plus, but not required.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and collaborate smoothly with various internal departments.
  • You work independently and proactively, with a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • You are able to set priorities and work efficiently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
