Oper is seeking an AI-Native Senior Program Manager to lead one of our largest client programs in Europe. You will manage two to four squads across streams, ensuring alignment, budget control, and strong governance with partners.
You report to the Head of Customer Success and collaborate with client leadership. You bring a background in banking/fintech programs, consulting, or SI, with English fluency and a readiness to travel to Hungary.
