Paid Media Specialist

We’re looking for a hands‑on Paid Media & Acquisition Specialist to help more aspiring artists discover Artwod and become passionate users.

At Artwod we're building more than a learning app, we're building a platform where artists improve, see their progress, and inspire others to do the same. Our product is our biggest growth engine.

Build and scale paid acquisition into a predictable, profitable growth for Artwod.

You will own campaigns across YouTube, Meta and Google Ads, with a strong focus on acquiring new subscribers, building effective retargeting journeys and continuously improving conversion.

Success means attracting members who engage with Artwod, see value in the product and stay subscribed.

Our initial acquisition focus is the United States, followed by expansion into the United Kingdom and European markets. You’ll tailor campaigns, creatives and messaging to each market, using what we learn in the US to guide international growth.

How we’ll measure success

• Growth in new paying subscribers acquired through paid media.
• Customer acquisition cost and payback period within agreed targets.
• Improved conversion from paid traffic to registration and subscription.
• Strong activation and retention among acquired subscriber cohorts.
• The ability to increase spend while maintaining acquisition efficiency.
• A consistent flow of creative tests that produce actionable learning and winning campaigns.
