Role summary:
The ACSM Consultant supports the execution of change management and adoption strategies. The consultant works closely with the ACSM Architect and customer stakeholders to implement enablement plans, facilitate training, and make sure users are equipped and motivated to adopt new technologies. This is a hands‑on role that drives cultural transformation and operational readiness.
We expect candidates to run their area of the ACM work stream independently, lead stakeholder engagement, and be able to guide more junior consultants.

Key responsibilities:
- Build and deliver the material needed to support adoption and operational recommendations, and help train the “Agent Champions” and the “Agent Lab” to drive sustained use of Agents.
- Facilitate training sessions and office hours for Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Execute communication and engagement plans.
- Track adoption metrics and gather user feedback.
- Coach change agents and champions within the customer organization.
- Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Required skills and experience:
- Adoption & Change Management (ACM) and change management delivery
- PROSCI methodology (certification strongly preferred)
- Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Culture change for AI and Copilot
- Developing a high-level digital transformation roadmap
- Target operating model adoption and communities (champions networks)
