Role: Coordinator, Operations and Projects-Ethics & Independence

Role Summary

Embedded within the Risk & Compliance Central Operations team and supporting the Global Ethics & Independence (E&I) programme, the Coordinator supports delivery of the Global E&I management programme by a diverse team of Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) working remotely in multiple global locations.

This role is at the centre of the day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, communications, content and events, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple stakeholders, workstreams and platforms.

The coordinator provides practical coordination and oversight to ensure that the team’s projects and initiatives progress efficiently from drafting through to committee and Board approval, to implementation and global communication. This includes structured planning, disciplined follow‑up, high‑quality documentation and clear reporting to support effective decision-making across multiple global stakeholders and global governance bodies.

The ideal candidate enjoys bringing structure to complex and unstructured work, has a proactive and solution-focused mindset, and is comfortable working behind the scenes to keep programmes running efficiently. The candidate must be a collaborative team player with a calm-flexible approach, able to work closely with highly skilled experts, adapt to new challenges and contribute positively within a small close‑knitted team.
