You foster healthy team dynamics and self-organization. You facilitate retrospectives and team-building sessions, and step in when tensions or misunderstandings arise. You act as a bridge between teams and ensure that everyone feels heard and supported.

You identify structural issues and contribute ideas on how we can improve our collaboration. You serve as a neutral and discreet point of contact for the teams and a valuable sounding board for the Chief Product Officer. You help foster a culture of open 360° feedback, continuous improvement, and psychological safety.

You don't wait for something to go wrong. You see opportunities to empower people and teams and seize them with both hands. You work with the CPO and product managers on clear objectives and support them in achieving them. You believe in growth, both of people and processes.

Profile

You have experience as a Team/People Lead in a development environment or in a similar role. An interest in software development is a plus, but you don’t need to be a technical expert.You possess strong coaching skills and know how to guide teams in their development, facilitating conversations in a natural and constructive manner. You communicate clearly, with empathy and a neutral attitude, and you know how to build trust within diverse teams. You are solution-oriented, always act with integrity, and feel at home in the dynamics of multidisciplinary product teams. You will lead a large team of more than 10 developers, not only coaching them but also using your leadership skills to provide direction, set priorities, and support the team in achieving shared goals.
