Head of Information Technology - Advanced Manufacturing

Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturing organization with a strong presence in Thailand and global operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with business goals and long-term growth plans.
• Lead and manage the IT function, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery.
• Oversee the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise technology environments.
• Partner with business leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify technology opportunities and address operational challenges.
• Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and successful business outcomes.
• Establish and monitor IT governance, policies, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee IT budget planning, vendor management, and resource allocation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including significant leadership experience in a senior IT management role.
• Strong background in IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and IT governance.
• Experience leading IT teams within a manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in driving business‑focused technology initiatives and digital transformation programs.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
