Food Safety QMS Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Food Safety QMS Manager to join a quality team and contribute to the implementation of projects related to food quality and safety. You will work on audits, HACCP, QMS and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Your missions

• Lead and coordinate quality and food safety projects
• Monitor and improve Quality Management Systems and procedures
• Prepare and conduct internal and external audits
• Perform HACCP analyses and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions
• Support the implementation of new quality processes and requirements
• Prepare quality reports, documentation and action plans
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Participate in a rotating on-call service for food safety and quality incidents

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Food Quality and/or Food Safety
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Experience with QMS, quality standards and audits
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 22000, IFS or BRC is a strong plus
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
• Able to work autonomously while coordinating with different stakeholders
