ELSYS Design is launching a Brussels hub and seeks a Business Engineer to spearhead this debut. You will recruit embedded engineers, secure new clients, and shape the local strategy with full intrapreneurial responsibility, backed by the group’s technical and sales ecosystem.
You will lead talent and projects, build the local team, and drive a sustainable growth plan while reporting to the ADVANS Group framework and aligning with Belgium market needs.
