Who We’re Looking For
- You’ve got a Master’s degree.
- You’re hungry to grow fast into sales or marketing management.
- You learn quickly, think analytically & love challenges.
- You speak Dutch, French and English.
- You’ve got an entrepreneurial spark & people skills to match.
- You are ready to bring your vision and creativity to Mars
What You’ll Do
- Be the face of Mars in grocery stores across Belgium.
- Build real relationships with clients (not just “business contacts”).
- Grow sales and make sure our brands shine.
- Get coached by a Field Manager who’s got your back from day one.
- Get a dedicated career sponsor to guide and mentor you.
