The Tribe Artificial Intelligence develops AI solutions to improve the banking experience for customers and empower employees. Its team of approximately 100 experts includes Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Managers. BNP Paribas Fortis offers sustainable and responsible investment products and solutions and encourages social entrepreneurship.
Задачи
- Develop AI applications to address business challenges, including virtual assistants, tools that support employee efficiency and creativity, and automation and optimization of internal processes
- Apply analytical methods including large language models, Speech AI, agentic AI, image generation and interpretation, and classical statistical and machine learning techniques
- Ensure scientific rigor by applying robust methodologies, evaluating model generalization, using data-centric approaches such as error analysis and data curation or augmentation, selecting relevant frameworks, and following responsible AI guidelines
- Present work results to stakeholders and managers
- Contribute to deploying AI applications in production
- Apply data science skills to varied data
- Collaborate with colleagues in an Agile organization and share experience
Требования
- Hold at least a Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science or engineering, with a focus on natural language processing; candidates from other academic backgrounds with strong analytics knowledge are also welcome
- Have at least 3 years of data science experience; less experience may be accepted with substantial academic achievements
- Be fluent in English and have a good command of French and/or Dutch
- Be proficient in Python for model building and understand ML engineering fundamentals, including versioning systems and producing code ready for CI/CD pipelines
