Alan in Belgium is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to onboard and support a portfolio of key Admin accounts, ensuring seamless operations from affiliations to payroll and invoicing.
You will train admins, handle end-to-end admin requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and anticipate risks to prevent blockers while maintaining an outstanding admin experience for 5–10 accounts.
