Overview
Senior Consultant – Talent Acquisition with our organization.
You will act as a strategic partner to clients, leading talent acquisition activities and continually improving recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process from scope to onboarding, covering roles from entry‑level to C‑suite.
- Partner with hiring managers to transform recruiting practices, providing insights and creating effective hiring strategies.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in recruitment workflows, proposing creative solutions that yield measurable impact.
- Engage in employer branding, campus recruitment programs, and training initiatives as project requirements dictate.
- Contribute to internal innovation projects, share knowledge, and lead training sessions to improve company operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Strong communication skills, able to build relationships with senior executives and candidates alike.
- Self‑driven, comfortable in fast‑paced environments, and capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
