Bakery Operator

As an operator in the bakery, you keep the production line running and monitor the baking process.
You operate one or more production machines and independently control the production line.
You set machines correctly, start up the line and closely follow up the production process.
You prepare recipes according to the prescribed instructions and ensure that the process continues smoothly.
You monitor the baking process and check the quality of the products through sampling and parameter checks.
You assemble and disassemble parts during a product change or after production.
You keep the production line clean and orderly and work according to the safety, quality and hygiene regulations.
