Together with your colleagues, you coordinate the arrival and unloading of lorries, ensuring that all goods reach the correct location in accordance with the applicable procedures;
You plan and organise unloading activities based on expected deliveries and align on this daily with the reception;
You ensure correct administrative processing and reporting of all unloaded goods, in collaboration with your team leaders;
You monitor the flow of goods from receipt through to analysis, sorting and storage. You report to the person responsible for incoming goods;
You work closely with the production department to align the availability and deployability of received raw materials with production requirements;
You distribute tasks efficiently within the team, maintain a visible presence on the shop floor and intervene where necessary to guarantee smooth and safe operations;
Where needed, you step in yourself to support operational activities and ensure continuity within the team during absences or unexpected situations. Experience with forklifts and/or other heavy machinery is an advantage;
You encourage the personal development of your employees and actively contribute to a strong safety awareness within the team;
You coach and guide your team members through regular communication, targeted training and keeping the competency matrix up to date;
You motivate, support and challenge the employees within the incoming goods flow to achieve high standards in terms of safety, discipline, quality and performance;
You help build a positive team culture in which collaboration, a sense of responsibility and ownership are central.

Als teamleader beschik je over onderstaande kwaliteiten:

e hebt relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een operationele buitenomgeving;
U bent bedreven in het gebruik van ERP-systemen;
Je bent zeer resultaatgericht;
In het bezit van een heftruckattest is een mooie plus maar geen vereiste;
Je bent een geboren leider met uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van personeelsmanagement;
Je bent proactief, communicatief en spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
Je beschikt over uitstekende plannings- en organisatorische vaardigheden;
Je bent flexibel en hebt geen strikte 9-tot-5-mentaliteit.
