• Investigate complex software incidents and identify root causes, with a focus on SQL, database troubleshooting, and workflow improvement
• Resolve recurring technical issues
• Support internal users
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases for non-technical colleagues
• Troubleshoot issues and work closely with development teams
• Identify recurring problems and improve software and workflows

Требования

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good SQL and database knowledge
• Experience investigating complex software incidents and identifying root causes
• Experience supporting internal users and resolving technical issues
• Comfortable creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases
• IT degree or relevant professional experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues
• Independent, structured, and proactive approach
• Fluent English

Условия

• 2–3 Days remote per week
• Remote work in Belgium or Europe
