Our Client
Our client is an established and well-regarded manufacturer in the professional AV sector, known for the quality and reliability of its products. As the business continues to develop, it is investing in a more structured approach to how it defines and shapes its products and is now looking for a Product Manager to lead that effort.
The successful candidate will translate customer needs, market insight and product vision into clear requirements that engineering can execute against, working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and finance. You will bring structure to a genuinely cross-functional environment, coordinating stakeholders with different priorities, and will have real scope to shape how the product function develops as the business grows. There is a clear path for the role to broaden into a more senior product leadership position over time.
The role is based on-site in the Limburg region of Belgium (minimum four days per week), with relocation assistance available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate customer needs, market insight and product vision into clear product requirements
- Work closely with engineering to ensure requirements can be successfully executed
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and finance
- Coordinate stakeholders with different priorities throughout the product development processBring structure to a genuinely cross-functional environment
- Support the development of a more structured approach to defining and shaping products
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the product function as the business grows.
Required Experience:
- Experience in Product Management or a related technical or commercial discipline
- Alternatively, experience in Applications Engineering, Technical Sales, Product Marketing, Systems Engineering, R&D or Solution Engineering
- Experience working across multiple business functions and coordinating stakeholders
- Experience translating customer and market requirements into product requirements.
