Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and insurance sector, is seeking a Solution Architect to define the technical vision for a strategic core product. The role involves designing scalable end-to-end architectures that integrate modern cloud services with specialized legacy data landscapes. This position focuses on aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives within an Agile framework.
- Define the technical vision and lead architecture design for the product in alignment with enterprise guidelines.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure integration consistency across the application landscape.
- Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to Agile development squads.
- Review data models and solution designs to verify adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure product stability and performance.
- 7+ years in Software Architecture and object-oriented design including event-driven patterns.
- 7+ years backend development with Java, Spring Framework, and Maven.
- 7+ years experience with IBM MQ, IIB, and AS400 integration patterns.
- 7+ years in data and integration using REST APIs and SQL.
- 5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) and enterprise modules.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and modern integration frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Possession of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations Core certification.
- Strategic mindset with strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- You are fluent in French with a professional level of English.

- Duration: 12 months.
- Work regime: Full-time.
- Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite).
