You're a true team player with strong leadership skills and plenty of Aloha spirit

You have relevant experience in hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
You have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
You're familiar with operational processes such as scheduling, inventory management, and KPIs.
You have knowledge of HACCP standards and work with attention to detail.
You're guest-focused, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure.
You take initiative, enjoy responsibility, and always think in solutions.
You're flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
You're willing to travel to other restaurant locations for training if needed.

A gross hourly wage of €17,33
A full-time position of 40 hours per week.
12 additional days off (ADV days / working time reduction days).
Up to 20 vacation days based on full-time employment.
Travel allowance.
