  • Prepare and verify periodic calculations of tax provisions for clients, whether for current or deferred taxes, in accordance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, or local regulations;
  • Prepare and review reconciliations between the tax provision and the tax return (reversal of the provision);
  • Perform reconciliations of the effective tax rate and analyze various tax positions;
  • Contribute to the preparation of tax information for consolidated and statutory financial statements;
  • Advise clients on complex issues related to tax accounting;
  • Assist clients in collecting the data necessary for Pillar 2 calculations, while assessing its quality;
  • Participate in Pillar 2 impact analyses and in calculating the effective tax rate for each jurisdiction;
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing calculations related to the GloBE result, covered taxes, and additional tax;
  • Integrate the results of Pillar 2 calculations into tax accounting;
  • Design and implement improvements to clients’ tax reporting processes, internal controls, and governance frameworks;
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of optimized technology solutions for tax reporting, often integrated with ERP systems or consolidation tools;
  • Organize targeted training sessions on income tax accounting and the use of tax reporting tools.
  • Has at least 4 years of relevant experience in the field of taxation, financial reporting, or corporate taxation, preferably in a multinational environment or at a world-renowned company;
  • Is fluent in English;
  • Possesses strong technical knowledge of corporate taxation and tax accounting in accordance with IFRS and/or US GAAP;
  • Has initial experience with or a strong interest in BEPS 2.0 / Pillar 2 rules and their impact on accounting and tax reporting;
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and is comfortable with numbers and accounting;
  • Is able to apply tax and accounting regulations in practice while taking into account client expectations and needs;
  • Shows an interest in new standards and data-driven calculations, particularly with regard to Pillar 2 modeling;
  • Has a good command of Excel; experience with ERP systems and/or tax reporting tools is considered an asset;
  • Demonstrates strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines;
  • Is able to identify opportunities for process simplification and automation;
  • Is a team player, proactive, and takes a hands-on approach;
  • Is fluent in English, which is the working language; a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is also desired;
  • Is comfortable using artificial intelligence tools while maintaining a critical perspective on their use in daily tasks and teamwork.
