Stowgroup is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Engineer to join our team in Belgium. You will be the first point of contact for Key-Users, receive, categorize, and resolve tickets in the helpdesk system, and perform standard troubleshooting and guided workarounds for our software applications.
You will monitor dashboards for automated storage and conveyor systems, assist with login issues and permissions, and escalate complex problems to Level 2 with clear documentation.
