Your RoleYou will support small and medium-sized business customers using online services and digital advertising tools.
Your responsibilities will include:Supporting customers via phone, email and chatAssisting with account setup, product usage and general enquiriesHelping customers resolve basic technical and account-related issuesGuiding clients in using online tools and services effectivelyIdentifying recurring issues and providing appropriate solutionsSharing customer feedback and insights with the relevant teamsProviding a professional and positive customer experienceYour ProfileFluent Dutch, both spoken and writtenGood English for internal communicationComfortable using digital tools and online platformsStrong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitudeGood problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage customer enquiries effectivelyPrevious customer service experience is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcomeHigh school diploma or equivalentWillingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekendsAvailability to work onsite in LisbonWhat You Can ExpectFull-time employment in Lisbon, PortugalInternational and multicultural working environmentInitial training and ongoing supportOpportunity to gain experience within the online and digital services sectorCareer development opportunitiesIf you speak Dutch and are interested in starting or developing your international career in Lisbon, apply now to learn more about the opportunity.
