AI Transformation Consultant

You sit with clients to find where AI actually moves the needle, then turn that into a roadmap delivery can build. This is hands‑on advisory: you understand the operation, prioritise use cases by value and feasibility, and make the business case.

What you’ll do

• Run discovery across client operations and identify high‑value AI use cases.
• Prioritise use cases by value, feasibility and risk, and build the roadmap.
• Make the business case: cost, expected impact and a realistic adoption path.
• Stay involved through delivery so the strategy survives contact with reality.

What we look for

• A consulting or strategy background with real operational depth.
• The ability to connect a business problem to a concrete AI solution.
• Strong client communication and structured thinking.
• Grounded view of what current AI can and cannot do.

Nice to have

• Sector depth in a regulated industry.
• Professional French and English.
